Engine Disassembly
/ Each disassembly starts with an identification of itself by grouping together its electrical characteristics (220 volts, 380 volts, 500 volts) and its needs in civil engineering and all its energy requirements (steam, compressed air, cold water, warm water, electricity, gas, hydraulics.)
/ We carry out a complete electric spottage with switchgear cubicle, terminal block and electric cables. All these informations are wrote down either on a spotting book, on a plan, or on the mainframe.
/ The tubing installations' progression is the same.
/ We make a photo or video album of all the engine even its installation.
/ A mechanic spotting is done: component by component, right and left of the engine with the existent levelling control.
/ Once the audit phase is done, the operators can start the active process. The disassembly is done by component, with the bolting packing, the electrical cables rolled, with eventually, for those who want so, the packing of the disassembled elements. The accessories palletisation, anti-moisture plastic packaging, and attrition oil film protection.
